CQC Inspection Report
History of HSL Care
Enabling individuals to continue to live independently, at home, for over 15 years, HSL Care was founded in 2006 by the highly experienced counsellor, Kay Ahmed. Prior to forming the HSL, Kay managed a community service where she regularly met people who were unable to access the domiciliary care they needed.
Today, HSL Care has grown from a small group of passionate individuals based in the suburbs of inner Manchester, to a thriving organisation, delivering best-in-class homecare in South Manchester and Stockport.
Equality & Diversity
Right from its inception, HSL Care has been a pioneering force in promoting diversity, delivering equality of opportunity and eliminating discrimination – throughout its employment policies, procedures and day-to-day practices.
For clients, staff, stakeholders and partners, HSL Care believes in promoting dignity, embracing human rights and providing compassionate and equal care for all. In addition to its core service offering, HSL Care has specialist expertise in delivering compassionate care for individuals with disabilities; including physical, mental health and learning disabilities.
